In the shadow of the Novel Coronavirus outbreak and the global economic uncertainty, international exhibitions and offline events scheduled for 2020 have been largely affected and have had to be cancelled or postponed. In order to encourage and assist local foreign trade enterprises to actively connect with overseas buyers online, seize orders and expand export, HKTDC will hold the "Autumn Procurement Collection Online Exhibition" from November 16-27, 2020. Using Click2Match self-service online business matching platform and UNCTAD procurement e-commerce platform to help enterprises focus on promoting local industries and quality products to global buyers, so as to grasp business opportunities in adversity and stabilize.
COMLED LIGHTING participated in the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair on 16th, November, 2020, showing most of our led weatherproof fittings and production workshop on the platform. During this period, many customers attended in the video conference. Most of them were interested in our company's products and consulted our company about new led linear strip fixtures and production capacity of the factory, hoping to obtain few samples for their testing. After the conference, we also sent the led batten lights to their office soon.
Now, some customers have visited our company, factory and products. Meanwhile, they informed us some customized requirements for the led vapor proof fixtures that they are interested in. After discussion between the customers and our engineers, some of them finally approved us and our solutions, reached customized product orders. At present, the customized led waterproof batten luminaires have been sent to the customers, and the initial feedback is good in their local market. Small modifications are done by our engineers via customers’ new feedback, then made to the led linear tri-proof fixtures before mass production. And we can provide microwave sensor and emergency battery back-up function. That would solve the real problems that customers met.
